I-130 Approved

After filing our I-130 Petition at USCIS Manila last November 21, 2016, We patiently waited for the E-mail of USCIS stating that the petition is approved.

After 22 days, They have sent an Email through my husbands Email address stating that our petition is approved!

Although it is approved by the USCIS, we still have to wait for a MANILA CASE NUMBER.

We can't do much with out the MNL case number.

Rather than stressing on it, we are currently working on our I-864 papers (Affidavit of Support Papers).

Our petition got approved yesterday December 13, 2016! :)

My Serendipity Journey

I made this blog to help couples have some idea on how DCF- Direct Consular Filing is being done in the Philippines. It may be different to other cases but this can be a guide to couples who are having the same petition as what me and my husband has.

I have been in a relationship with my US Citizen husband since the year 2014. We met at Baguio City last 2011 because we were both taking up Nursing in University of Baguio.

Before we even decided to get married, I knew all along that I would be living with him in the United States of America.
